Visitor Information - Bookings essential

Cobb_Co Museum is open with changes in line with the Queensland Government's COVID Safe Roadmap to Recovery, which includes timed sessions to control visitor numbers in our galleries and spaces.

Please note Cobb+Co Museum is closed on Good Friday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. 

Bookings are essential and sessions are limited. 

Please note: general admission includes entry into Ancient Rome: The Empire that Shaped the World 

How to visit

  1. Bookings are essential with two sessions available:
    Session 1: 9:30am - 12:30pm
    Session 2: 12:30pm - 3:30pm
    Sessions are 3 hours each. However, you do not need to arrive at the beginning of your session; you may arrive at any time during the three hours. 
  2. Make sure you read our Conditions of Entry
  3. Select the option that suits you below, select the desired day and session time and proceed to checkout
  4. Upon arrival please scan the QR code to complete a contact tracing form for Queensland Health and display your green confirmation tick to our friendly staff
  5. Show your ticket on your phone at the door for scanning (or print your ticket at home)
  6. Please note we are cashless - Cobb's Coffee Shop and our Retail Shop are EFTPOS only
  7. Enjoy your visit!

Conditions of Entry

To keep you safe, we have updated our conditions of entry in line with COVID-19 restrictions:

  • Visitor numbers are capped in accordance with government guidelines, thank you for your patience while you wait.
  • Bookings essential.
  • Contact information is required for all visitors upon entry.
  • If you are unwell, we ask you not to enter and to please come back when you are feeling better.
  • Bring a water bottle, our water bubblers are closed at the moment.
  • We'll have signage and alcohol-based hand sanitiser, available to help you to practice social distancing and good hygiene.
  • Some displays and exhibits might be closed. Thank you for understanding.
  • We can only let a few people into our bathrooms at once. Please be patient and give priority to people with special needs.
  • Please follow the directions of our friendly staff. They are here to help and keep you safe.
